If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call the office at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule to avoid the $50 cancellation fee.

Please be on time for your appointments. With the exception of emergencies, you will lose your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late and be asked to wait for the next available opening. We value the time of our patients & staff and appreciate your participation to help us keep the office running smoothly.
